Bicycle Boot Camp
Cincinnati to Cleveland

Get back in shape the enjoyable way
MODERATE BIKING      8 DAYS
Trip #BB

Feeling tired and sluggish? Time to change direction! Bicycle Boot Camp is your answer!  You will cycle from Cincinnati across the beautiful Buckeye State to Lake Ontario, then along its shore to Buffalo. AND you will be averaging 55 miles per day and carrying your gear, so this will be a great work-out. Along the way, your group will stay at campgrounds and hostels, living simply and enjoying the fresh local foods. You will cycle on the BikeCentennial routes, along their “Underground Railroad” trek. Leading you along new bike trails that follow old rail lines or canals, these offer easy, level stretches as well as moderate but long rises to make you work for (off!) your dinner.  The Lake Ontario segment brings lake breezes and opportunities to swim or just enjoy a beautiful view. The trip will begin in Newport, Kentucky and end with a day of relaxation in Niagara Falls, to celebrate your great new feellings of fitness and accomplishment!
